We are currently looking for full time ER Registered Nurses to work with a well-established hospital in Richmond, Texas and many more positions and locations available.
Responsibilities Registered Nurse:
The Registered Nurse provides direction to professional and non-professional clinical personnel in providing direct patient care. The Registered Nurse provides high quality, skilled nursing services assisting all patients to achieve optimum health and functional health status following an illness requiring hospitalization. Through collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals, the nurse prepares the patient and family for discharge to home or another setting for continued care.
Responsibilities Clinical Manager:
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Director/Manager of the unit, the Clinical Coordinator, RN provides oversight during the assigned shift for the clinical and Non-Clinical staff in the administering of excellent patient care and customer service. This position assumes clinical responsibility for the specialty by providing orientation, teaching, clinical supervision and evaluation of personnel assigned to the area. The Clinical Coordinator, RN supports the medical care of patients under the direction of the Medical Staff in pursuant to the objectives of the hospital. May also act as Nursing/House Supervisor while on duty at Williams Way campus.
Shifts & Pay–
$15,000 sign on bonus
3 x 12 hour shifts days and nights

Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred for Clinical Manager position
One year of Hospital Experience
One year clinical experience in specialty required. One year experience as a Clinical Coordinator / Charge Nurse preferred.
Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse.
American Heart Association BLS required.
ACLS within 6 months of hire.
ENP required within 6 months of hire.
TNCC with in 18 months of hire
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities–
Demonstrated leadership ability and critical thinking skills required. Excellent communication skills. Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
